Dr. Morton has over twenty years of medical practice experience as a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon and is a certified Neuro-Sensory Specialist. He specializes in treating complicated disorders of the nervous and vestibular systems. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Association of Otolaryngology and has been honored by his peers by being elected the President of the TAO for 2006-2007. Dr. Morton has had a private practice in Longview, Texas since 1997 but has chosen to join our efforts in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to provide better healthcare to those in this community. When asked about what things are most important to him Dr. Morton replied, "My faith and my family are the things that matter most to me. I hope that is reflected in the way I practice medicine." He and his wife Carolyn are the proud parents of nine children.
Dr. Morton was raised in the small town of Somerset, Texas. After graduating high school he was then an honors graduate from the Allied Health Sciences program at Texas State University before entering the field of medicine in 1981. He was honored on the National Dean's List and Who's Who in America as a medical student and resident at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas.
